This beautifully renovated luxury apartment is located in the centre of Budapest, close to the St. Stevens Basilica.
During the renovation, the interior designers completely rethought the layout of the apartment, creating two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen with appliances. Moreover, a sauna has been istalled too.
Thanks to the complete redesign of the layout, the apartment is actually 90 m2 compared to the 84 m2 on the title deed.
The furniture was custom-designed to take advantage of the apartment's unique layout, which provides plenty of storage space.
The furnishings and decoration are characterised by simple shapes and pastel tones that create a sense of homeliness, giving a modern, elegant overall look. A beautiful bronze mirror in the living room enhances the space. The beds in the bedrooms have custom-designed upholstered headboards, behind which LED lights and bronze mirrors add to the excitement of the interior.
There is plenty of natural light coming in, but lighting has also played a big part in the design of the rooms, provided by LED lights.
Smart TVs , 5.1 home cinema systems and air conditioning have been installed in the living rooms and bedrooms. Decorations by renowned designers (Kare, Bo Concept, Einholtz, etc.) give the apartment a truly modern feel.
Special patterned tiles, Marburg washable wallpapers, decorative finishes, textiles and other accessories add a touch of elegance.
Underfloor and wall heating has been installed, and air-conditioning with cooling and heating has been installed in all rooms.
The Fifth district offers its residents the ultimate downtown lifestyle. Filled with luxury accommodation, fine dining, and tourist attractions alike, it’s one of the busiest areas for business and tourism. This district is an attraction for visitors and investors alike and is one area where renovations are consistent and streets are well-kept.
Property prices in the Fifth district are among the highest in the city, but the area has proven to deliver excellent returns for investors, across all neighborhoods. There is a huge diversity in neighborhoods, ranging from bustling party streets to the incredibly peaceful streets of Viziváros (Water City). Investors looking for property in this neighborhood should consider how close (or far) they want to be from the tourist buzz.
Total quiet and green surroundings are not characteristic of this neighborhood. Even on the quietest streets, adventurous visitors to the city roam around during the day. Vehicle traffic can also be heavy in this area, especially during holiday street closures, which can make parking more difficult. Finally, although the district offers several beautiful parks to choose from, District V is not considered one of the greenest areas in the city.
